We greatly value the views of our parents and carers and welcome your suggestions, comments and feedback about how we can continue to improve our Academy.

If you have a concern, we encourage you to speak to us as soon as possible. We will always listen carefully and work with you to resolve any concerns in a positive and timely way.

There are several ways you can raise a concern:

• Speak directly to your child’s class teacher
• Speak to or email a member of our Safeguarding Team
• Speak to one of our Assistant Principals, Mrs A Dickens or Miss C Johnson
• Speak to our Principal, Mr Williams

We find that most concerns can be resolved quickly and effectively through an initial conversation.

Members of the Senior Leadership Team (Mr Williams, Mrs Dickens and Miss Johnson) are regularly available at the school gates during morning drop-off and afternoon collection. Please feel free to approach us if you would like to have a quick conversation.

If your concern is more private, or you would prefer a longer discussion, please contact the Academy Office by telephone or email. The team will be happy to arrange a telephone conversation or a meeting with the appropriate member of staff.

Making a Formal Complaint

If you feel that your concern has not been resolved, and you wish to make a formal complaint, please complete a Complaint Form, which is available from the Academy Office.

Your complaint will then be handled in accordance with the Academy’s Complaints Policy and Procedures.

We are committed to working in partnership with our families and ensuring that concerns are heard, taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
