If you are interested in your child joining our nursery, please read through the information below.

Our nursery is open to all children above the age of three. If space is available, and you have applied, your child can start the term after they turn three years old.

• Full day (08:45-15:30) subject to a 30-hour eligibility code (extended funding) or the use of the 'Childcare Grant Payment Service' (partner of Student Finance England) or payment of £77.50 per week (this cost includes 5 sessions (additional to your free 5 sessions) and 5 lunch sessions and MUST be paid in advance half termly via ParentPay).
• Part-time (AM 08:45-11:45 Mon-Fri or PM 12:30-15:30 Mon-Fri) places.

All children are entitled to a 15-hour free place (5 sessions). These can only be 5 mornings or 5 afternoon – we cannot cater for a mixture of sessions. You may be eligible for 30-hour funding. You can check your eligibility by applying through this link 30 hours additional childcare | West Northamptonshire Council (westnorthants.gov.uk). If you are eligible, your child can attend all ten sessions. Lunchtime sessions are also available for children at £3.50 each session; lunchtime sessions are not part of the funding and need to be paid for by parents/carers.

If you are not eligible for the 30-hour funding, you can still apply for all ten sessions, but these will be charged at £12.00 per session. A full-time place consisting of ten sessions including lunches costs £77.50 per week, once your 15-hour funding has been deducted.

Once your application has been processed, our admin team will make contact with you to inform you if we can or cannot allocate your child a place. If we can accommodate your child, we will contact you the term prior to your child starting to arrange a home visit and a stay and play session. This will give you and your child a chance to visit, see their learning environment and meet the staff. You will also be given a start date and a pack for you to complete. This will need to be returned to the school prior to your child’s start date.

If we cannot accommodate your request, our admin team will give you the option of being put onto our waiting list, where we will then contact you when a place becomes available. 

Admissions for 3 and 4-year-olds take place in September, January and April pending available places.

Please be aware that attending our nursery does not guarantee a place in the Academy’s Reception class. A Local Authority application form must be completed and returned to the Local Authority as per their deadline.
