  • Year 5 Badminton Festival

    On Wednesday 9th January 8 Year 5 children took part in a Badminton skills competition following on from participating in Badminton club last term. The children went with Mrs King and Miss Clarke to Benham Sports Arena and competed against 14 other town schools to show off different       Badminton skills. Although we were not placed in the top three teams, the children should be       extremely proud of their efforts and how well they represented the school. A massive well done to Maja, Zofia, Clayton, Liam, Rhoda, Lorena, Danielus and Jack for showing fantastic collaboration!

    On Monday 19th March the whole school was involved in a Skip-a-thon along with a sports mufti day in support of Sports Relief.   The children and staff also participated in running a mile during their lunch break.

  • Year 3 trip to Think Tank

    On 13th March Year 3 travelled to Birmingham to the Think Tank Museum, an interactive science musuem.  They took part in a 'Rock' workshop, tried out all the interactive displays, and spent time in the Science Water Garden.
